📦 Return Process

At Gleemify, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Gleemify does not accept returns for products that are damaged due to customer handling, misuse, scratches, broken parts, or any changes in the original condition of the product.

If you receive a wrong item from our side, you are eligible for a return or exchange based on stock availability.

If the product is genuinely damaged or defective upon delivery, you may request a return or exchange. All damaged or defective items will undergo an inspection process. If the issue is found to be from the customer’s side, the return or exchange request will not be accepted. If the issue is confirmed from our side, you will receive a replacement or refund.

📌 Important Notes

  • Return requests must be filed within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • With original tags, labels, invoice, and accessories/gifts (if any)

  • If any physical change is found in the product or accessories, the return/exchange request may be rejected.

🚚 Exchange Shipping Charges

We do not charge any restocking fees.

However, if the customer placed the wrong order by mistake (example: ordered large size instead of small size), then the customer must pay the shipping charges for exchange.

For free exchange shipping, the product issue must be from our side.

⚖️ Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes related to orders, including B2B & B2C bulk orders, are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.


💰 Refund Policy

If the correct replacement product is unavailable in stock, we will provide a 100% refund without any deductions.

Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days after approval.


🚫 Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellations are accepted only before dispatch/shipping.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

We accept international returns only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged

  • You received the wrong product from our side

All international return requests are subject to inspection.

  • You will receive a free replacement or full refund

If the damage is caused by customer handling or misuse, return/refund requests will not be accepted.

For international return or exchange requests, customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping charges

  • Customs duties

  • Import/export taxes

  • Any additional international courier or clearance fees

These charges must be paid by the customer unless the wrong product or a defective/damaged item was sent from our side.

If the issue is confirmed from our side after inspection, Gleemify will provide a replacement or refund according to our policy.
