✅ Order Changes (Before Shipping)

Changed your mind or made a mistake while ordering? No problem!

  • You can change or cancel your order before it is shipped.

  • Just contact us on WhatsApp or email within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Once shipped, the order can no longer be modified or canceled.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges (After Delivery)

We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong, damaged, or defective product

  • You want to exchange for a different size, style, or color (subject to availability)

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order

Shipping charges may apply for exchanges (unless the error is from our side).
